I had an unusual experience. My Ford Escape 2018 had suddenly and unexpectedly overheated. I was quite worried and I contacted Sarah and Keeley at Denham Ford. They reassured me that my car was under warranty and I could schedule the repair at Denham Ford or in Edmonton since I live in Edmonton. I chose to have the service attended to in Edmonton. There were a host of communication problems with myself and the Edmonton Ford dealership. After a lot of misunderstanding and frustration I contacted Sarah and Keely and explained the situation. Both Sarah and Keely went above and beyond to help me find out what was being done with my car at the Edmonton location. Now everything is fixed and the experience was much better because of Sarah and Keely. Communication matters and next time I’ll just take the extra long drive and take my car to Denham to get repaired. Thank you Sarah and Keely for all of your help.
